We’re Glad You’re Here.

Welcome to Real Food for Real People. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing tube-fed individuals and their carers with information and support in adopting and making the most of a blended diet when medically appropriate. We also provide information and support regarding blended diets to dietitians and other healthcare professionals.

What Is a Blended Diet?

A blended diet is nothing more mysterious than regular food blended to a consistency that can be easily passed through a feeding tube.  That’s it.  There is no magic formula or one “right way” to do blended diet.  This site aims to help you find your own right way.
